Diana's journey to becoming a veterinarian began at the age of 9. She earned her Bachelor's degree in agriculture and attended veterinary school at the University of Florida, graduating in 1981.
Afterward, Diana relocated to Wyoming and worked at a small animal practice in Casper until 1988. She and her husband then moved to Billings, where she initially worked as an associate veterinarian. In 1994, she took the significant step of purchasing her own practice. After 25 fulfilling years, Diana decided to sell her practice and transitioned to working at the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter. Simultaneously, she pursued a fellowship in shelter medicine through the University of Wisconsin.
Despite her rewarding experiences, Diana missed the personal connections with her patients, clients, and friends, as well as the challenges of private practice. In April 2022, she happily joined the Shiloh Veterinary Hospital team, reuniting with many familiar faces.
Outside of work, Diana and her husband, Steve, find joy in their home filled with 2 dogs, 6 orange cats, 4 parrots, and 6 horses.
